Tip #1 – Ditch The Black – Is everything in your closet all black – Your skin will change as you mature and with season changes. Begin to brighten up your skin tone with a pop of color.

Tip # 2 – Ditch The Drapes – Many times as we gain weight, we have a tendency to want to drape our clothing to hide the additional weight. Create an hour glass look with accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts, etc).

Tip #3 – Ditch That Old Bra – If you have loss a ton of weight or gained additional weight, it is time for a new bra fitting. 8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size.

Tip #4 – Ditch Those Shoes – Your shoes should not be the first thing that enters the room. Comfort is one thing, bulky is a whole different ball game.

Tip #5 – Ditch Those Old Frames – If you are wearing the same eyeglasses that you have been wearing from the first prescription. Trends in eye wear have evolved and it may be time to reassess your current frames for an update.

Tip #6 – Ditch That Cardigan – Is your answer to every outfit is a cardigan. A statement piece or blazer with a pop of color to add a more youthful look.
