Design a Productivity Ritual in 3 Steps

There are two activities we see through the course of our day; input activities and output activities. In today’s audio we share three steps to creating a productivity ritual that will allow you to be more productive daily.

You can design a productivity ritual by following these three steps:

  1. It’s time to get sensual. Were not speaking about sensual in the sexual manor but through the power of our senses.
  2. Pull up a draw bridge. Procrastination and self sabotage will set in so you must remove the temptations in your day.
  3. Set a time limit. Focusing on smaller time blocks can help you achieve more in your day.
