Skin benefits from what products we use on the outside, but it highly dependent on what we put on the outside. This yummy smoothie ingredients packs so many healthy benefits.

Avocado. The good fat, avocados hydrate the skin, giving you the glow we all want. Avocados also help with the absorption of vitamins a and e.

Mango. Moving from dull skin to the radiant glow. Mangos contain carotenoids which help our skin glow.

Pineapple. Pineapples are high in vitamin C, vitamin c is key to the production of collagen, giving our skin its firmness and strength.

Spinach. A nutrient dense super foods and a must to help assist with removing toxins from our bodies.

Coconut water. Hydration is key to maximize your skincare benefits. Coconut water is hydrating and helps with that youthful glow.


  • 1 cup chopped pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, previously peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup plain coconut water*
  • optional: 1 Tablespoon ground flax or flaxseed oil

Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
