In today’s video we share a Coconut Carrot Smoothie that is great for glowing skin.
Carrots – Beta carotene the main nutrient found in carrots which convert into retinoids (powerful anti-aging antioxidants that reduce inflammation and speed up the healing process).
Mangos – Vitamin C, Vitamin A and small amounts of Vitamin E, K, and B.
Strawberries – Vitamin C that is needed for our bodies to make collagen.
Oranges – Loaded with Vitamin C aids in the skin’s natural regeneration process, helping your body repair damaged skin cells and improve skin’s texture.
Coconut Water – Full of potassium and electrolytes which replenishes and rehydrates skin from the inside out, making it softer and younger looking.
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 navel orange
- 1 cup of coconut water
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
