Even if you’re committed to keeping your skincare routine as simple as possible, there are still a few rules to follow on a weekly basis.
- Be sure to clean all your makeup brushes, blenders, sponges on a weekly basis. You may use a brush cleaner or keep it simple with a gentle baby shampoo to clean, rinse and lay out to dry.
- Add a sheet mask to your weekly skin care routine. Take some time to indulge for 10-15 minutes with a sheet mask.
- Get Active. Add exercise at least three times a week, to assist with detoxing the skin, tightening your skin and destressing.
